The online application/registration process for "Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana" (Graduation Pass) has been started. Under this Scheme you will be given an amount of ₹ 50000, the Bihar government sends its amount directly to their bank account under Chief Minister Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana to all the girls students who pass graduation.

"मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना अंतर्गत मुख्यमंत्री बालिका (स्नातक ) प्रोत्साहन योजना के लिए फिर से ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू हो गया है। शिक्षा विभाग से इसके लिए नोटिस जारी कर दिया गया है। जारी किये गए नोटिस के अनुसार ३० दिसम्बर तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार किये जायेंगे। जिन छात्राओं का पार्ट ३ यानि स्नातक फाइनल ईयर का रिजल्ट 1 अप्रैल 2021 से 30 सितम्बर 2023 के बिच जारी किया गया हो।
अगर आप सेशन 2018-21 की है या फिर सेशन 2019-22 की या सेशन 2020-23 की अगर आपका फाइनल रिजल्ट यानि पार्ट ३ का रिजल्ट 1 अप्रैल 2021 से 30 सितम्बर 2023 के बिच जारी हुआ है तो आप भी अपना नाम लिस्ट में चेक करें और रजिस्ट्रेशन करे। "

What is Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana ?
Bihar Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana is such a scheme, the benefits of which can be availed by all the girl students who have passed graduation. Graduate passed girls can apply for this scheme, so that this money will help them to get further higher education.
Online application has started again for the "मुख्यमंत्री बालिका (स्नातक ) प्रोत्साहन योजना" Scheme under the Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana. A notice for this has been issued by the Education Department. According to the notice issued, online Registration will be accepted till 30th December. The girl students whose result of part 3 i.e. graduation final year has been released between 1st April 2021 to 30 September 2023 can apply.
"Session 2019-22 (BA/BSC/BCOM) result of Mithila University Darbhanga (LNMU DARBHANGA) was released in December 2022. Students of Session 2019-22 can apply online for this. Session 2020-23 result (Arts/Science/Commerce) of Mithila University Darbhanga (LNMU DARBHANGA) was released in AUGUST 2023. Students of Session 2020-23 can also apply online for this. All those whose result has been released between this given date can apply online. Look at your marksheet, your result issued date will be written on it."
Eligibility
- Applicant girl students should be native of Bihar state.
- The girl student should have Passed graduation (from any division) from any recognized degree college/institution located within the state of Bihar.
- The girl students whose result of part 3 i.e. graduation final year has been released between 01.04.2021 and 30.09.2023. (Check Your Marksheet)
- The bank account of the applicant girl student should be in her name and Aadhaar card and PAN card should be linked in that bank account . Bank account should be of Bihar state

- Enter Registration Number
- Enter Marksheet number
Steps for registration
- 1. 1.Click on the link for Registration given on the official website : https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in/mkuysnatak2021/pms/StudentRegistration.aspx
- 2. Enter Your University Registration Number.
- 3. Enter Father’s Name.
- 4. Enter Marksheet Number as per your marksheet. (Example : 23/4578956)
- 5. Click on Get Detail Button
- 6. The valid student name will be displayed Automatically . If you find the details are correct then click on proceed button else contact university for any discrepancy.
- (if you do not see your name in the box of Candidate Name (Automatically), Submit and application with your original marksheet photocopy in the university)
- 7. Verify your aadhaar by providing the required information (ie. AadhaarNumber , Gender, DOB ,Name on Aadhaar)
- 8. Verify Mobile using SMS based OTP Authentication.
- 9. Verify Email using email based OTP Authentication.
- 10. Enter Your bank account detail (i.e. IFSC Code , Account Number).
- 11. Enter Your Residential/Domicile Detail (i.e . Residential Certificate Number , Issued Date, etc..)
- After Filling all the Details click on "FINALIZE" Button.
