The admission process for the first semester of BA (Bachelor of Arts), BSc (Bachelor of Science), BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) of 4-year undergraduate course session 2025-29 in LNMU Darbhanga is starting from 01 May 2025. As you know that now the graduation course has been made 4 years in all the universities of Bihar and now the semester system has been implemented (although you can do general graduation in 3 years also and after 3 years you will get an honors degree), that is, now you will have to give 2 examinations (half-yearly examination) in a year. So now you will get admission in Semester 1 and not in Part 1. For admission in 1 semester, you will be able to fill the online application form from 01 May, without any late fee you can apply online till 24 May. With late fee you will be able to fill the online form from 25 to 28 May. A fee of Rs 500 has been kept for filling the online form. If you fill the form after 24 May, then you will have to pay a late fee of Rs 200 (i.e. 500 + 200 = 700).

LNMU BA BSC BCOM Admission 2025: The online application for admission to graduation (BA/BSC/BCOM) in the colleges of Darbhanga, Madhubani, Samastipur and Begusarai districts under Mithila University was going to start from 22 April 2025 but it has been postponed. The university has given this information by uploading a notice on its official website www.lnmu.ac.in, you can read below what is written in the notice

"It is hereby informed to the concerned person that the process of applying online for admission in four-year undergraduate first semester Arts, Science and Commerce (Honours) session 2025-29 (CBCS) was going to start from 22.04.2025, which is postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The next information for applying online for admission will be given soon."

एतद् द्वारा संबंधित व्यक्ति को सूचित किया जाता है कि चार वर्षीय स्नातक प्रथम सेमेस्टर कला, विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य (प्रतिष्ठा) सत्र 2025-29 (सी०बी०सी०एस०) में नामांकन हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया दिनांक- 22.04.2025 से प्रारंभ होने वाली थी, जिसे अपरिहार्य कारणवश रथगित की जाती है। नामांकन हेतु ऑनलाईन आवेदन करने की अगली सूचना शीघ्र दी जायेगी।"
