MDC/IDC 1st semester Syllabus: Ever since the 4-year Graduation system has been implemented in Bihar, more than half of the students taking admission in it remain confused about the syllabus of their subjects. Although, all the universities and some colleges have uploaded the syllabus on their website but due to CBCS (Choice based credit system) being new, it becomes difficult to understand it in the beginning. Speaking of MDC papers, there are many subjects whose syllabus is developed by the university itself. The MDC paper syllabus for some subjects is the same for all universities, but for other MDC papers, you'll need to check your university's website. 

NOTE: The syllabus for each MDC subject may or may not be the same for each university. "हर MDC विषय के हर यूनिवर्सिटी के लिए सिलेबस वही हो भी सकता है और नहीं भी। जिस यूनिवर्सिटी/विषय के MDC/IDC पेपर के सिलेबस तैयार नहीं है, उन विषयों के लिए MIC पेपर का सिलेबस फॉलो किया जायेगा। "

In the semester system, every semester students have to give internal exam/CIA (continuous internal assessment) and mid-semester exam and also external exam/ESE (end semester exam) and only after passing both the exams, students pass a semester. Whether it is internal exam or external exam, in both the exams the question paper is set from the syllabus and the syllabus contains all the information.

The first thing in the preparation of any exam is the syllabus, it is the syllabus that tells us how much and what all topics we have to study for that exam and after that comes the previous year question paper. For all students enrolled in the first semester, this article provides the syllabus for only the MDC/IDC (Multidisciplinary/Interdisciplinary) subjects.
