Examination for 37 thousand seats of Bihar CET-B.Ed (two year course) will be held till June 15, Mithila University, Darbhanga has got the responsibility for the fourth consecutive year. A new update is coming out in this regard.

The admission process for the session of B.Ed 2023-25 is going to start soon. Entrance test is taken for taking admission in different B.Ed colleges of Bihar, this year also the responsibility of taking this entrance test has been given to Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga.

• Lalit Narayan Mithila University has been designated as the State Nodal Center for Bihar B.Ed Joint Entrance Test (CET B.Ed)-2023 for the fourth time in a row.

Bihar CET-B.Ed 2023 Admission Schedule

• In the first week of February, the schedule of state level entrance examination will be released and online application, date of examination, result and other information will be shared.

BEd Entrance Exam Date 2023 

• By June 15, all the procedures will be completed by conducting the Bihar B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination-2023.

Admission Date 

• Admission in session 2023-25 will also be completed by 15th July.

Eligibility Criteria 

1. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or in the Master degree science/social science/Humanity or Bachelor of engineering with 55% marks (science and maths specialisaztion).

• 10th Marksheet
• 12th Marksheet
• Graduation Marksheet 
• Category Certificate
• Any Other (When Applicable)

Exam Question Pattern/Syllabus in B.Ed 2023 

Questions of 120 Marks will be asked in the BIHAR BED 2023 EXAM and Candidates will have 2 hours to answer the Paper. 

There will be no negative marking in the examination, although for 2023 exam please read official notice.

Candidate must use blue/black ball pen only to mark the answers.

Those who will apply for "Shiksha Shastri" in the examination will have to apply from Sanskrit instead of English.

• There will be 15 marks from English or Sanskrit, 
• 15 marks from General Hindi, 
• 25 marks from teaching environment in school,
• 40 Marks from General Awareness
•  25 marks from Local and Analytical Reasoning.

Passing Marks in Bihar CET-B.Ed 2023

Passing marks for General Category is 35% and For Reserved Category is 30%.
