LNMU UG Session 2025-29 Registration: Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, has released an important notice for undergraduate students of the 2025-29 session. The LNMU UG First Semester Registration 2025 date has been released. All BA, B.Sc, B.Com first semester students of the 2025-29 session can register on the official website of Mithila University as mentioned in the official notice.

Registration for BA, B.Sc, B.Com will begin on November 7, 2025. The last date for online registration is November 21, 2025. This article contains all the information related to the online registration form and the link for the first semester registration. Please read until the end.

Before proceeding further, let's answer a few simple questions:

👉Why this registration? Why do you need to do this registration?

• Just like you register after entering school in Class 9 and Class 11 so you can appear for board exams, you can understand this in the same way.
• After completing this registration, you will be a student of this university and will be able to appear for all university exams. Until now, your registration was only for college admission, and now this registration will be used for all university-related work.
• This registration will be used for processing your exams, results, certificates, etc.

👉Is this registration mandatory?

• Yes, this registration is mandatory for all students, regardless of the college you are enrolled in.

👉What happens if you don't register?

• Not completing this registration will render your admission useless because without this registration, you won't be able to take any exams or do any work related to your course.

LNMU UG 1st semester Registration 2025-29

Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has released the date for registration of four-year graduation course session 2025 to 29. The university has issued a notice and given information regarding online registration and registration fees. The link to fill the online registration form will be available from 07 November 2025.

All the students of Arts, Science and Commerce of session 2025-29 can complete the registration process online by logging in to the official website of Mithila University by entering their details. 

Regarding Subject change or Correction in Application form

• According to the notice issued by the University, students will complete the registration process by correcting all the errors except Major Subject (MJC)/Honours Subject online.

Highlights of the official notice:

• Candidates enrolled in the first semester of the four-year undergraduate Arts, Science, and Commerce courses in all constituent and affiliated colleges of the University, session 2025-29, will be registered online on the University website (www.lmmu.ac.in) by paying Rs. 600/- from 07.11.2025 to 21.11.2025.
• After registering online, two copies will be taken out, one with themselves, and the other will be submitted to their respective colleges by 05.12.2025.
• Candidates will complete the registration process by making all kinds of corrections online, except for the Major subject. The portal will be closed after the deadline. No changes will be considered for any candidate.
• Principal, if the enrolled candidates do not have their Minor, Multidisciplinary/Interdisciplinary, MIL, SEC and VAC subjects mentioned in the Common Application Form (CAF), then the college will compulsorily update it on its dashboard. The Principal will update only those subjects taught in his college, Minor and MDC/IDC subjects on the college dashboard after taking consent from the enrolled candidates so that the students do not face any kind of difficulty in future. Also, in order to rectify the errors made by the candidate, he will ensure that the correct corrections are made in the dashboard as per the facts.

• Step 3. Click ' Login Now'

After login 

CHECK all the details which are already filled in the registration form

• Step 4. Click on the items you need to correct and update them and Click on ' Submit' 
• If everything is correct and nothing needs to be changed, just click "Submit".

• Step 5. Pay Registration Fee 
• Step 6. Print registration form (Take 2 print out or 2 photocopies) 

Submit a copy of online Filled Registration form in your college and also keep a copy safe with you.
