LNMU UG Session 2024-28 2nd Semester Exam - Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has released the exam routine (programme) for the Second semester of graduation session 2024-28. BA/BSc/BCom Semester 2 examination will start from 19 August 2025. You can see in the exam routine given below when the exam of MJC/MIC/IDC/AEC/SEC/VAC paper will be held and where will be the center of which college. "LNMU UG सत्र 2024-28 द्वित्य सेमेस्टर परीक्षा - ललित नारायण मिथिला विश्वविद्यालय दरभंगा ने स्नातक सत्र 2024-28 के द्वित्य  सेमेस्टर का परीक्षा रूटीन (कार्यक्रम) जारी कर दिया है। BA/BSc/BCom सेमेस्टर 2 की परीक्षा 19 अगस्त  2025 से शुरू होगी। आप नीचे दिए गए परीक्षा रूटीन में देख सकते हैं कि MJC/MIC/MDC/AEC/SEC/VAC पेपर की परीक्षा कब होगी और किस कॉलेज का सेंटर कहाँ होगा। प्रथम सेमेस्टर का परीक्षा कार्यक्रम डाउनलोड करने का लिंक नीचे दिया गया है। एडमिट कार्ड जारी होने की तिथि भी नीचे दी गई है"

LNMU UG 2nd Semester Exam Routine and Admit Card Download 2025

Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has released the exam routine (programme) for the second semester of graduation session 2024-28. BA/BSc/BCom Semester 2 examination will start from 19 August 2025. • The exam which is taken in the college, we call it internal exam and the exam which is taken by the university, for which the exam center and routine is issued by the university itself, we call it external exam. The external exam is the final exam of the semester, that is why it is also called ESE i.e. End Semester exam.
• This means that you will have to give an external exam to complete a semester. Let us assume that every 6 months an exam for one semester will be taken. You can call it a HALF YEARLY EXAM also.
• It is mandatory to appear for both internal and external exams and pass both.
• Internal exams have been conducted in all the colleges of Mithila University and now it is the turn of external exams i.e. final exams.
• Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has released the external or final exam date of Sem 2 of 4 year graduation course BA/B.Sc/B.Com
• After giving the 2nd semester exam, one year of your graduation will be completed

Session 2024-28 2nd semester exam start date :

• 19.08.2025

Semester 1 External exam duration :

• 3 Hour only (according to the paper)
• A.E.C Subject (2 Hours)

Full marks

• full marks : 70

Pass marks 

• pass mark : 31.5

Question Paper Pattern

• Group A - Objective type Question/MCQs - 10 Question ( Total 20 Marks), Questions of 2 mark each, All questions are compulsory
• Group B - Short Answer type question - 4 Questions to be answered out of 6 Questions, each question carry 5 marks (Total marks : 20)
• Group C - long Answer type questions - 3 Questions To be answered out of 5 Questions, each question carry 10 Marks ( Total Marks : 30)
• AEC, VAC, SEC Subject exam will be in objective mode only (70 objective questions), MCQs

UG Semester 2 Final exam session 2024-28 LNMU Darbhanga

Major subject exams will be held from 19th to 21 August. Exams for minor subjects will be held from 22 to 25 August. Exams for multidisciplinary subjects will be held from 26 to 28 August 2024. Exams for A.E.C subjects will be held from 29 to 30 August. Exams for V.A.C subjects will be held on 01 and  02 September. Exams for S.E.C subjects will be held on 03 and 04 September.

All subjects are divided into 6 groups:

1. Group-A : History, L.S.W, Persian, ANTHROPOLOGY 
2. Group-B : ACCOUNT, H.R.M, Marketing, Political Science, Maithili, Sanskrit
3. Group-C : Economics, Geography, Philosophy, ZOOLOGY
4. Group-D: Botany, Hindi, Sociology, Urdu, Rular Economics, AIH & C
5. Group-E : Psychology, English, Physics, Music and Dramatics
6. Group-F : Chemistry, Home Science, Mathematics

• UG Session 2024-28 Semester 2 exam  in two shifts, second shift from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm and second shift from 02:00 pm to 05:00 pm. 
• Only A.E.C subjects will be of 2 hours duration, meaning the exam of A.E.C subjects will be held in the second shift from 10 to 12 am and the second shift from 2 to 4 pm.
