Entrance test is taken for admission in B.Ed (Bachelor of Education), after which admission in the college is done as per the merit list. The responsibility of conducting the Common Entrance Test (CET) exam for B.Ed admission in Bihar is given to Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga. The entrance test is of 120 marks in which all questions are objective type and there is no negative marking.
Let us tell you that an official notice has been issued from the nodal university for B.Ed Admission Session 2025-27. The process of online application starts from 4th April 2025 and online applications will be accepted till 27th April without late fee. With late fine, it will be accepted from 28th April to 2nd May 2025. Correction in the online form can be done from 3rd to 6th May. Admit card will be released on 18th May 2025 and B.Ed entrance exam 2025 will be held on 28th May.
The result of B.Ed entrance exam will be released on 10th June 2025
Eligibility criteria for BIHAR BED ENTRACE EXAM
- 1. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) and/or in the Master degree science/social science/Humanity or Bachelor of engineering with 55% marks (science and maths specialisaztion).

How To Fill Bihar BED Online Application form
- Step 1. Register yourself for the online application process on the website www.biharcetbed-lnmu.in by filling up required entries.
- Step 2. Activate and validate your registration through link sent to your Email and Activation Code sent on your Mobile Number/Email.
- Step 3. After Activation/Validation, you have to login again through Email ID and Password. Your Email ID is your Login ID for CET-BED 2025.
- Step 4. On Login, your Dash Board will appear. Click on “My Application” and complete your Application Form in following sequence:
- a) Applicant Detail: Here you have to fill up personal details.
- b) Upload Photo and Signature: Next, you have to upload your photo and signature.
- c) Educational Detail: After that, you have to enter your educational details.
- d) Document Upload: Next, you have to upload your educational documents. Along with them upload Caste Certificate, Divyang Certificate, EWS Certificate whichever is applicable.
- e) Examination Centre: Choose cities for Examination Centre (You can choose three cities).
- f) Preview and Confirm: After choosing your examination centre, your Application Form completes. Preview your Application Form carefully, and edit if there is any error. When you are fully satisfied, then “Confirm”. After clicking on ‘Confirm’ you will not get chance to edit any entry of your Application Form.
- Step 5. Proceed to Payment: After “Confirm” you will see link “Proceed to Payment”. Click on it and complete your payment of Application Fee. You can pay through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card.
- Step 6. Taking Print out of Application Form: After successful payment, you will get complete detail of your Application Form. Take Print of this Application Form and keep it safe with you for any future reference. Do not sent print out of Application Form to Lalit Narayan Mithila University or anywhere for any kind of further processing.
