LNMU UG Admission : Session 2024-28 Spot Admission start, date, fee and details (BA/BSC/BCOM) @lnmu.ac.in

LNMU Part 1 Spot Admission 2024: Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has issued a notice for spot admission in graduation session 2024-28 1st semester. Spot round admissions are starting from 29th July. In this article, we will know why the session 2024-28 third merit list was not released and how spot admission will be done, along with this we will also know who can get admission and how this spot admission is done. What is the fee for admission? Spot admission is done on first come first serve basis.

LNMU UG Spot Admission 2024

Many students were waiting for admission in Mithila University Darbhanga's graduation session 2024-28 and their question was whether the third merit list will come or not and if it comes, then when will it come. When will the spot admission be done? There are many students who were selected in the 1st merit list or 2nd merit list but due to some reason they could not take admission in the college, then how will they get admission. According to the notice issued by the university for admission today, all the students will get a chance. Lalit Narayan Mithila University Darbhanga has issued a notice for spot admission in graduation session 2024-28 1st semester. Spot round admissions are starting from 29th July.

Wherever the seat is vacant in any college, students can go there and take direct admission, they have to download selection letter for spot admission.

Third merit list has not been released. 3rd merit list will not be released and now there will be on-spot admission.

How will spot admission be done and who can take admission through it?

• Students who had applied online and their name was not selected in any list or who did not take admission in the college after selection due to any reason can take part in spot admission i.e. direct admission in the college.
• Wherever the seat is vacant in any college, students can go there and take direct admission, they have to download selection letter for spot admission.

• Spot admission will be done on first come first serve basis, i.e. the one who goes to the college first will get admission first. 
• Students who did not apply online can now apply online for the subjects except History, hindi, zoology.
• Students who were selected in the first merit list or second merit list and had downloaded the selection letter earlier will not get admission with that selection letter. Everyone will have to download a new selection letter again for spot admission

SPOT ADMISSION NEW DATE and Details, dated 24.08.2024 (NEW NOTICE) 👇

Points to be👇 noted :

1. Students who had already applied online and have not yet taken admission in any college, they will apply online again from 23 to 31 August 2024. If there is any mistake in the form, it can be corrected. Select the name of only one college from the list displayed on the screen and submit online. No money will be charged for online application.
2. Fresh Application or NEW APPLY acn be done after Registration (Select the option "New Applicant" for New Apply and go through the full process of filling application form and select only one college from the list displayed on the screen)
3. The 4th merit list of students who applied online from 25 to 31 August will be released on 02 September 2024. Those who will be selected in this merit list will get admission in the college from 03 to 07 September

Points to be👇 noted :

1. Students who had already applied online and have not yet taken admission in any college, they will apply online again from 11 to 13 August 2024. If there is any mistake in the form, it can be corrected but the major subject cannot be changed. Select the names of 5 colleges again and submit online. No money will be charged for online application.
2. The merit list of students who applied online from 11 to 13 August will be released on 13 August. Those who will be selected in this merit list will get admission in the college from 16 to 20 August.
3. After 20 August 2024, slide up and a chance to apply afresh will be given on the vacant seats.

In which subjects will there be spot admission?

Except Zoology, History, and Hindi subjects, there will be spot admission in all other subjects (Arts/Science/Commerce)

How to Download LNMU Session 2024-28 Selection letter

1. To download the selection letter, first you have to go to this link "https://lnmuniversity.com/ugentrance24/userlogin.aspx"

4. After logging in, you will see a "Print selection letter" option, click on it.
5. After the selection letter opens, download it and take a print out. The selection letter will be asked for at the time of admission in the college.

UG 1st Semester Admission Fee

For graduation, a uniform fee has now been kept in all the universities of Bihar. Semester wise admission fee details are given below.

• Admission Fee (Semester 1st) - Rs 2255 /-
• Lab fee Rs. 600/- per semester for the subject having practical classes (Science, Geography, Psychology, Home Science, Music, ..)
• General/OBC (Boys only) : 2900 /- (around 3000-3100 in some colleges)
• All Categories Girls : Free Admission i.e Rs 0 fee
• SC/ST (Boys and Girls) : Free Admission i.e Rs 0 fee

Spot Admission Fees 

Although you can see the fees charged for admission in the 1st semester written above, but in spot admission the college can charge a little more fee, like 4000 or 5000 instead of 3000. If you want to take admission and do not want to waste your one year, then you will have to pay this fee.
