LNMU UG Part 1 (BA, BSC, B.COM) Session 2022-25 Admission

A meeting was held in Mithila University on June 24, 2022 for admission in the new session, in which the demo of the new website created by the data agency for admission was given, which was appreciated by the members. In the meeting, the schedule for admission to graduation part 1 session 2022-25 was issued.

LNMU Part 1 BA BSC BCOM Admission 2022

• You can apply online for admission in LNMU Part 1 (Science, Arts, Commerce) from 26 June 2022 to 15 July 2022.
• Whereas you can apply from 16th to 20th July 2022 with Late Fee Rs -100
• If there is any mistake while filling the application form, then students can correct the rest of the application form by leaving the Honours subject and the chosen college, for which 21st July will be the last date (you can not change your chosen college and honours subject).
• Provisional merit list will be released on 23rd July
• First merit list will be released on 28th July
• From July 29 to August 13, admission will be taken in the college on the basis of first merit list.
• Class will start from 16th August
• The guardian will take the letter from the notary and forward the application to the principal of the concerned college and upload it online by counter signing it from the registrar (meaning whatever certificate, CLC or documents you have should be original which is signed by any officer) { If All your documents are original so you don't need to worry.  [Those who have to take admission from quota, they have to give affidavit, you do not need to think much on this point]

How to Apply online for Admission in Part 1 session 2022-25

• 1. Before filling up the online Admission Form, please read the instructions carefully.
• .2. To make online application candidates are required to visit the URL: http://lnmu.ac.in or  or http://lnmuniversity.com/ug_22/  

3.As a first time user, applicants shall have to create the user account by clicking on the “Apply Online for UG Admission-2022” link. It will open the “Application” Page

4. Under the “Application” page, all fields are mandatory to be filled in indicated by an asterisk (*) adjacent to the name of the field.

5. Applicants who do not have a valid email-id must create an email-id before creating new account. The applicant must also ensure that the email-id and password is kept handy and safely for all the future correspondence/reference regarding admission process.

6. Applicant shall enter his/her name exactly as mentioned in +2 Board Certificate. 

7. After completing the “Application” Page, click “Get OTP” button 

8. For confirmation an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Fill that OTP to confirm register button. 

9. The entire online application process is divided into four tabs (sections/pages) and applicant needs to enter details in each of the sections correctly.

10. Before proceeding further, keep scanned copy of your passport size photograph and signature ready. Size of scanned Photograph & Signature should be 50 kb to 80 kb. Signature

11. Upload the Photograph and Signature, when required, and proceed to fill the Form

12. After completing the Basic Information Applicants will enter his +2 Academic details & Subjects studied details. After that Applicant will choose his Honours/General subjects along with Subsidiary & Compositions Subjects as per rules (see attached rules) and then after minimum 01 & Maximum 05 Colleges as per their choice.   

13. If satisfied by observing the preview of the filled online application that all columns/entries such as name, father’s name , name of Honours/Subsidiary subjects, age , cast category etc. have been correctly filled up then tick out the Check box - I hereby declare that all inputs in the application are true, complete and correct to the best of knowledge and move to Payment Selection Process. 

14. After payment please download two copies of the completed Application—one to be used at the time of admission, and another to be kept safely by the candidate for future reference. 

15.Candidates are required to select at least one College. They can choose maximum 5 colleges for a single subject. 

.17. Programme/Course-wise requirements: Minimum requirements for the students who have passed the qualifying examinations (+2) and are seeking admission in colleges to various programmes/courses are summarized below.  (In Qualification Section : given below )

Online Application Fee ST/SC/OBC/GENERAL is Rupees 400=00 + Bank processing fee per Honours/General subject. 

If a candidate decides to apply for more than one Honours subjects, he will be required to make fresh application each time and pay the Online Application Fee separately for each of the subjects applied for. This is not the Admission Fee. It is only Online Application Fee. Admission Fee will be charged at the time of admission. Online Application fee will not be refund.

• Girls : 700 - 1500 (College ke hisab se change ho sakta hai )
• Boys : 1800 - 3000 (College ke hisab se change ho sakta hai )

The merit list will be prepared on the basis of Intermediate marks, reservation and your choice of college taken together. It may be possible that your name may not figure in any of colleges of your choice in the selection list. In that case your name may be selected in any college of the university as per availability of seats in that particular subject.

• . An indicative equivalence of Grade Point and percentage of marks for CBSE students can be computed as follows: Subject wise indicative percentage of marks = 9.5x GP of the subject; 
• Overall indicative percentage of marks = 9.5x CGPA.
